(US, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Martin Spies, CEO of Signs4U, talked to Yogonet.com about the expectations of the firm for the upcoming edition of G2E and also about the current situation of the global gaming industry and the perspectives for 2011. “We expect a lot of new challenges for the forthcoming year”, he affirmed.

What are your expectations for G2E 2011?
G2E is for us always an opportunity to check out the latest products from all the manufacturers and to anticipate on it with new signage, we can see what to expect the coming year and it gives us also a good for the ICE in London, as all new products will be showcased in Las Vegas first we can already anticipate for the London show. Most important for us is getting in contact with our customers from all over the world, this show is an excellent opportunity to catch up with them and discuss future plans and we are always looking for new opportunities and customers, so we are looking forward to see new faces from all continents.

What will the company's participation consist of?
We have our products on several stands at the exhibition, they will showcase our full range of signage from standard jackpot signs to large customized signage as well. Besides this we have launched our new Ultra Thin Signage Line, these are only 2 cm thick and compared to the classical signage have many advantages, the biggest for casino operators is the pricing range, they will get a complete sign against a very low investment.

Do you believe that the change of date and venue will be beneficial?
We think this is definitely a good move. Due to this change the two largest exhibitions G2E and ICE have one more month in between, this gives the manufacturers more opportunities to launch new products on both shows which is a big advantage for the visitors, in this case they don’t see 2 exact shows anymore.

How did you see the global gaming industry during this year?
From our side we have had a good year so far, especially in the Italian market there was a lot of potential, we are doing business at the moment with some big players which is also really challenging for us. Besides Italy also the machine manufacturers keep on developing new games and jackpot themes which also demand new custom built signage. At this moment we have the idea that also the other continents are doing better than last year, we receive more and more requests from Africa as well as North- and South America every day.

What has been the performance of the company's target markets?
Due to our new Ultra Thin Sign Line we have been performing better than expected during this year, the expectations for Q4 look promising so we should be closing the year above the projected forecast for 2011.

What are the perspectives for 2012?
We expect a lot of new challenges for the forthcoming year, running projects will be finalized and we are always looking for new business, we will definitely going to introduce our new Ultra Thin Sign Line to new markets and continents and this is why G2E is of great importance to us. The market is ready for economically priced products like these so at G2E we will already show them to the key players in the market.
