(US, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Alfastreet’s Marketing and Sales Manager, Albert Radman, was interviewed by Yogonet.com to talk about his expectations for upcoming Las Vegas show, in which the company will exhibit its full range of products including Roulette, Bingo, Baccarat and more. He also commented about the global situation of the gaming industry and the perspectives of the company for 2012.

What are your expectations for G2E 2011?
From G2E 2011 we expect same as we do every year. We expect to  reconnect with our existing customers from around the world. Our goal is  to spare some time for each of them, to talk to them and to make sure  they are fully satisfied with our services. Of course, many of our  customers outgrew their status and they became friends already. This is  due to our direct approach, sincerity, and full commitment to our customers. Furthermore, we also expect a batch of new visitors, which we will welcome  to our stand and as usually we will keep many of them as our new customers. At the end, from this show we expect the confirmation of our position as  one of the top ETG manufacturers in the world.

What will the company's participation consist of?
Our participation will be focused at the exhibition itself. We are using even bigger stand this year and we will bring our most experienced sales team to properly handle this challenge. We will exhibit our full range of products, including Roulette, Bingo, Baccarat, Black Jack, Sic Bo, and more. We will present our latest multi game development, simultaneous betting option, online systems, the list goes on. We put our efforts in the marketing activities and we did our best to attract some major 'players' from the region. We will bring our game and we will make sure we return back home with the smile on our faces.

Do you believe that the change of date and venue will be beneficial?
Change of date suits us mostly because the show is not so close to the  ICE show anymore. This way we can properly prepare for the ICE as well.  Otherwise, the change of date doesn't effect us that much. The change of venue is definitely the progress on behalf of G2E. The  arrangement is now more or less the same as in G2E macau. The location  is better, the hotel proximity is more convenient and the rest of the  infrastructure/facilities is definitely an upgrade, when comparing to  the previous one.

How did you see the global gaming industry during this year?
I see the global industry as a challenge, and also as I true sign to show the investors which is the brand that is consistent, reliable and progressive during this period. There are several European markets that almost closed down in terms of new investments and therefore the purchasing of the new gaming machines. Furthermore, there are several governments that didn't know how to raise more money for their deficit, so their first choice was to tax the gaming venues. Situations like this casued the downturn of the gaming market and the sales figures from any of the manufacturer is down. What remains, is 'up for grabs' by many, so we are very agressive to maintain our firm position as the leading multi game manufacturer. We expanded our sales team of the professionals and even established some local representation offices and as a result, we can confirm that we are still progressing in terms of revenue and we are very happy about it. The situation in Americas, Asia and Africa is almost the same. Investors are being very careful, sellers are being very aggresive. Among them Alfastreet maintained its position and even expanded further. As a direct result of our progress, we are taking bigger exhibition space in Las Vegas, Macau and London.

What has been the performance of the company's target markets?
This question was partially answered in the previous reply. We are doing very well in EUrope and Asia. In Americas we could do better, because the buyers in South America tend not to pay the manufacturers. This practice caused a lot of damage to several manufacturers and that is why we are being careful with the sales in that region. I mean the market can swallow many machines, but the pay is questionable, at best.

What are the perspectives for 2012?
In 2012 we are looking to expand even further. We are already concluding some major contracts with several noticable venues and only judging by those, we can predict a good and progressive year for Alfastreet. We will also launch several new games, and few more developments on the system’s side. As mentioned, we are expanding our sales and marketing efforts and we are more than sure we are on the right track to stay in lead.
