(US, exclusive Yogonet.com).- “We are very excited about our products and how they are helping operators increase their revenue and build excitement”, said Lisa Jensen, Sales Manager, North America, Gaming Support USA, who talked to Yogonet.com a few days before G2E Las Vegas event. She commented about the newest products they will be presenting, the performance of the company, the future plans and the situation of the global gaming industry.

What are your expectations for G2E 2011?
We are very excited about our products and how they are helping operators increase their revenue and build excitement.  Leading into the show we have momentum with an enhanced product offering and many regulatory approvals.

One of the newer products we have is the BonusBox.  It displays and dispenses a physical prize right at the game. A BonusBox sits next to each game and through customized lighting and audio interacts with the player based upon coin-in and jackpot hits.  In addition to increasing time on device and win per unit, the BonusBox offers unique marketing and promotional opportunities to keep players intrigued and coming back for more.  While we have hundreds of units placed throughout the world we are pleased to bring the BonusBox to the North American market.  We now have several placements and regulatory approval.

The gaming industry’s leading digital signage solution, JackpotJunction, has a major enhancement.  It can now communicate jackpot celebrations and amounts at multiple properties.  We call this WARS – Wide Area Relay System.  This is just one more video application we add to our offering which includes wayfinding, video end caps, overhead video displays, menu boards, convention meeting room schedules, and so much more.
Just a few weeks ago we received approval for our jackpot controller – BaseSys Navigator in Nevada.  Now we can offer this controller in various jurisdictions.

What will the company's participation consist of?
In addition to the booth at the show we have a cabana at the AGEM reception on Tuesday evening.  We look forward to meeting with customers and sharing our solutions.

Do you believe that the change of date and venue will be beneficial?
Yes – I think it is very helpful to the sales process.  Most of our customers are evaluating products based upon their budgets so the timing is very good.  It is also beneficial to have time to follow up with customers after the show instead of sliding right into a hectic holiday season.

How did you see the global gaming industry during this year?
It has been a challenging year for the industry.  I see vendors and operators becoming more creative with their products and offering.  With less discretionary income being spent, the competition has become intense.  This is the kind of environment where innovation and customer service are key.

What has been the performance of the company's target markets?
We are still experiencing growth but on a smaller scale.  We are fortunate to have products that operators rely on to increase revenue and build excitement on their floor.

What are the perspectives for 2012?
We look forward to building on our momentum for continued growth and increased placements of our products.
