At G2E 2011, FutureLogic will demonstrate its GEN3 Evolution printer and the PromoNet promotional couponing solution in booth 4041. The GEN3 Evolution printer is the only printer in gaming to offer true-grayscale printing, enabling operators to issue eye-catching, photographic-quality coupons from every slot. It is also the first gaming printer equipped with separate processing environments for TITO and promotional couponing.
FutureLogic’s PromoNet solution offers casinos the unique ability to recognize and reward both carded and non-carded players by automatically triggering marketing campaigns based o real-time game play metrics and player tracking information. This ability allows casino marketers to issue a coupon at the game, POS or HBE (hospitality, beverage, entertainment) location to identify, differentiate and interact with their most valuable players – even those not using a players’ club card.
FutureLogic will also exhibit:
•The GEN2 Universal server-based printer, which supports a variety of network protocols and can be configured to communicate with multiple hosts simultaneously.
•The CouponXpress printer brings all of the popular GEN2 Universal gaming printer’s features, functions and flexibility from the slot floor to the desktop.
•The Eclipse universal ticket and receipt printer is designed for Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) and unattended kiosks.
•The TableXchange printer/scanner connects table games to the casino’s existing network by scanning and printing TITO vouchers at the table.
What has been the performance of the company's target markets?
Since 1999, when FutureLogic introduced the first TITO printer, we have conducted numerous studies around player behavior, looking for ways to enhance the gaming experience and increase our added-value to our customers. The adoption of TITO by both operators and players, lies in its security, ease-of-use and anonymity. Over 90% of US casinos now use TITO including the most recent openings in Las Vegas and international growth has also been significant.
Our market research shows that over the last few years the average TITO adoption for international markets has grown from approximately 25% to 40%, with markets such as Argentina, Chile, Italy, Macau, Netherlands, Panama, and Singapore even higher. TITO is now being used in over 70 countries around the world and remains the number coinless payout solution.
Due to its simplicity and ease of use, TITO technology is extremely popular with players who simply walk up to Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs), insert their cash to play, and then walk away with their winnings or marketing promotions in the form of a tangible and visible ticket or promotional coupon. On average, this has encouraged more players to play for longer periods, increasing the average drop by up to 12% and in some circumstance by as high as 30%. Our research also shows that players like to keep their cash-out tickets, or “winnings,” separate from the cash they plan to spend on games. This allows them to demonstrate to themselves and others in a very tangible way how much they have won.
