What are your expectations for G2E 2011?
We are very excited about G2E. We have a very solid set of software suites that have been adding to our clients’ bottom lines across North America, and we are eager to show how our work will benefit operators of all sizes. We expect that G2E participants will share in our excitement.
What will the company's participation consist of?
We will be showing our key software suites:
myCageOperations, the only total software solution for every function in the casino cage, from check-cashing to deposits and everything in between. The entire purpose of myCageOperations is to increase productivity, accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire cage – the central cash core of every casino.
myCompliance, which allows front of house casino staff to do what they do best – serve their customers, and provides back of house staff with aggregated transaction reporting by patron to streamline all the paperwork and processes that are required by local, state and federal regulation.
myDocumentManager, which saves money on paper, printers, ink and document storage and saves time by having all documents optically stored for easy collaboration and retrieval. Plus its empowers a casino to flow information automatically for approval/review throughout the entire enterprise.
myRevenueAudit scans, reads and stores all gaming documents; archives digitally; enables quick and easy reporting, retrieval and reprinting; locates missing documents; balances against the host system; records exceptions; and automates the exception reporting process.
Plus we are launching myCloudSolutions, a safe, secure and affordable option for casinos to use NEWave’s innovative products in the Cloud.
Do you believe that the change of date and venue will be beneficial?
Yes. The new venue is exciting because it allows everyone to take a fresh look at what they have been doing and inject new creativity. Reverting the date of the show to where it used to be is beneficial because it allows more time in the fourth quarter for sales.
How did you see the global gaming industry during this year?
The global gaming market has had impressive growth during the year, causing us to take a serious look at marketing our products internationally in the future.
What has been the performance of the company's target markets?
NEWave has been on a winning streak. We have signed new clients, expanded existing relationships, developed new partnerships and invested in R&D that has resulted in myCloudSolutions. Further, in the very near future, we will be announcing an update to our software that will be extremely beneficial to our clients.
How does is affected the gaming industry by the economic crisis that are experiencing the U.S. and Europe?
Obviously, the economy continues to be a challenge for operators, which is why our software is more important than ever. For example, one of our clients reported to us that their internal audit proved that our software was saving them more than $100,000 annually.
What are the perspectives for 2012?
We are very excited for 2012. Our new software update will be very beneficial to our clients, and we have several deals in the works that will chart a course for a year that will be even better than the year before.
