Government “still studying” Wynn’s Cotai land application

(Macau).- Macau’s government says it is “still studying Wynn Macau’s application for the concession of a piece of land in Cotai and has not made a final decision,” according to a statement by the Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau.
“Since the procedures of the application were not yet completed, the government would make further announcements at the appropriate time,” the government added.
Usually, the procedures are only considered to be complete when the land grant is published in the official gazette.
Wynn Macau last week announced it has formally accepted the terms and conditions of the concession from the government for a land plot of approximately 51 acres in Cotai.
