JOAGroupe will offer the new services via its JOAClub.fr, JOA-Club.fr and JOAOnline.fr domains while ARJEL stressed that the operator must not offer skill games on any the sites dedicated to online horserace wagering.
Lyon-based JOAGroupe initially applied for a licence to offer online horserace wagering in late-April but was subsequently asked to supply more information by ARJEL. The operator revealed that the new services will go live immediately with France-Pari set to supply the software and handle management and the associated odds and risk control duties.
