(Macau)- VIP junket Asia Entertainment & Resources recorded unaudited rolling chip turnover in August of us$ 1.8 billion, the company announced. That was up 112 % year-over-year.
This compares with a year-over-year increase in gross gaming revenue for Macau of 57 % for August 2011.
For the first eight months of 2011, AERL’s rolling chip turnover was us$ 12.441 billion (an average of us$ 1.517 billion per month), up 105 % year-over-year. AERL operates VIP rooms at StarWorld, The Venetian Macao and Galaxy Macau.
