What can you tell us about Access All Areas 2011?
Once again, we will be hosting our event at the spectacular Ghostbar in the Palms Hotel on 4th & 5th October 2011. Invited guests will be able to step into another world and experience Gaming In Style – featuring the golden age of gaming when Las Vegas became the world’s most glamorous playground for the rich and famous.
By transforming the venue and allowing visitors to enjoy some treats from a bygone era, they will also be able to see all the latest innovations whilst appreciating beautifully crafted products featuring a retro theme, that seamlessly incorporate all the latest technology, as no other company can.
How has TCS John Huxley benefited thanks to its own event instead of being just another exhibitor in a big trade fair?
The decision to host our first event 3 years ago was initially due to escalating costs and a significant downturn in trade show attendance. This led us to re-evaluate how our investment could be focused more effectively. It was a big gamble, but customer response was overwhelmingly positive. Last year we built on that success and not only did we double the numbers, we also maintained high quality visitors who enjoyed our hospitality whilst being able to spend time with our team, really seeing our product offering.
In the 3 years, what feedback have you received on behalf of operators and visitors?
The event’s success is not solely down to the great location and showcasing superb products – although it definitely helps! Customers absolutely love the relaxed atmosphere with the added bonus of being entertained in a real life casino environment. All our customers have commented on how much they enjoy the experience as it allows them to spend more time with us looking at our products.
Another benefit is that we provide a fleet of luxury cars to transport guests to and from the event in comfort and with ease.
Will the firm launch new products at Access All Areas? Which are their main features?
Some of the latest industry innovations being showcased will include:
MultiPLAY System: over the past 12 months there has seen some powerful enhancements to the award winning MultiPLAY platform, which unlike any other touch screen system currently available today, is able to identify individual players and specific bets with its patent pending Touch ID technology. MultiPLAY now boasts fully automatic and cashless configurations in addition to live Roulette, Sic Bo or Craps, for an even greater return on investment.
Gaming Floor Live: a unique revenue optimization system for Table Games. Gaming Floor Live harvests data from the Roulette wheel and the Chipper Champ 2 and allows operators to determine the optimum game speed, number of players, number of tables open and price of play to maximize revenues.
Supernova Table Bonus System: is a powerful progressive and game bonus system that drives increased revenues by adding higher levels of player excitement and loyalty to your table games. Designed to be added to any table game Supernova features multiple level progressive pools including both events based and mystery prizes to increase player appeal.
How do you see the American and Latin American markets? What territories are more important and have more potential for TCS John Huxley?
Both the American and Latin American markets are extremely important to us. There continues to be opportunities in the emerging markets of Central and South America, but these regions are subject to many changes whilst legislation is developed and improved. This will ultimately bring a higher level of professionalism to the way the markets operate, encouraging foreign investors to the region looking to open up potentially untapped markets.
We have an extremely strong brand, with an established and proven range of products and services, plus a very well respected, knowledgeable team of people – a winning combination to make us a credible long term player in this market.
TCS John Huxley has recently announced the promotions of Brad Broderick and Jillian Rennie, what is the importance of these new appointments for the
company?
These recent promotions underpin TCS John Huxley’s strategic plans for region. Both Brad and Jillian’s hard work and understanding of the market has undoubtedly contributed to the company’s success in North America and they will continue to develop and contribute to the Group’s success.
Are you planning to announce new distribution agreements?
We are always looking to improve our product offering, either by developing products in-house or working with product partners.
What are TCS John Huxley main plans and objectives for the coming months?
We will continue to work with our customers delivering solutions for them, to assist in these tough trading periods, whilst simultaneously we continued to invest heavily in research and development to deliver cost saving solutions for operators along with cutting edge innovation at the front end, for the player.
