A report has been published that showed this massive amount of spending and determination behind the AGA as it still puts a full court press against anti online gambling and poker laws that control US players and stops them from enjoying any form of online gambling.
The amount is us$ 281,015.61 more than what the American Gaming Association spent compared with last year's second quarter and is us$ 66,632.92 more than it spent during the first quarter.
Powerful names in the online gambling industry as well as politicians that have climbed aboard the legalization train has helped to make a huge difference in the lobbying efforts, and cash raised for the cause is giving hope to online gamblers across the US that this may be the year the Government actually listens to its people and passes an online gaming bill that will regulate and license online casinos, poker rooms and bingo halls.
The AGA also lobbies for commercial casino companies, visa reform and off reservation online gaming sites as well. The American Gaming Association disclosed its lobbying in a form filed July 14 with the House clerk's office.
