WMS selected as one of “Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest companies to work for”

This marks the third consecutive year WMS has been acknowledged as a leading employer of choice in this prestigious ranking, which was created to honor companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset.  WMS and the other winners were honored at a symposium and awards luncheon on August 1, at the Chicago Oak Brook Marriott.

The winning companies for 2011 are a result of an independent research firm that evaluated each entrant in the following categories: communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, small business, recruitment and selection, and work-life balance.  In particular, WMS excelled in the areas of employee engagement and commitment, communication, diversity and multiculturalism, and work-life balance.
