Crane to focus on innovation at G2E

Amongst the cutting edge products on display will be the CashCode one bill validator, which offers a range of benefits to casinos and OEMs. These include: a universal design to accept all currencies; one single hardware platform to reduce support and operation costs, and flexible architecture with multiple options and configurations.

The CashCode one also has advanced sensor technology which scans both sides of the bill, thereby optimising recognition. Its self-centering transport guides adjust automatically to perfectly align bills or barcodes of different widths, even when fed in at an angle. 

CashCode one also comes with oneCheck cash management and accountability solution. oneCheck is the newest asset reporting and tracking cashbox management solution for both bills and tickets. Operators simply use a barcode scanning system to check the cashbox contents while the security cage remains closed. At the same time, a simple press of a button prints a ticket that displays the last five bills inserted into the validator, without opening the cashbox and presenting a security risk.

Also on the stand will be the Money Controls Ardac Elite bill validator. Among the innovations found on the Ardac Elite is the first and only field proven imaging technology. If there are any disputes about the last bill entered an image of the last note inserted can be displayed, either on the gaming machine display, or by simply plugging in a PDA via the USB port. The Ardac Elite’s state of the art imaging technology and 4-way barcode reader, allows customers to insert barcode tickets in any orientation, increasing acceptance rates and user satisfaction.
