Gauselmann Group optimises Management Board structure
Thomas Niehenke will also act as the central board member alongside the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Werner Schroer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ulrich Wüseke. Niehenke was previously active as board member in the Spielothek Division and will in his new role be predominantly supporting and aiding company Chairman Paul Gauselmann.
Following on from this and alongside the already incumbent Director Jürgen Stühmeyer who is responsible for the `Merkur Division´, Dieter Kuhlmann has joined the board as Area Director for the `Spielothek Division´ - of which he is extremely familiar with as long-standing Managing Director Sales and Marketing of Merkur Spielothek.
The positions of the three shareholders Paul, Michael and Armin Gauselmann remain unchanged in the Management Board.
The interdisciplinary interconnection between the various business divisions has now been made future-proof with this optimised Management Board structure. In addition to this, future market challenges can now be even better met.
