The new Rivers Casino in Illinois has selected KCMS to manage its slot machines, ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO), cashiering, cage, player tracking and loyalty rewards programs. The casino is affiliated with two other successful KCMS clients – the nearly 3,000-machine Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh and the 1,600-machine SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia.
Bill Keena, General Manager of the Rivers Casino, said: “KONAMI has been our partner now for the last three casinos that we have opened. We sincerely believe that our decision to purchase the Konami Casino Management System was the right one, and that it will provide us with tools to help our gaming operation become a success”.
KCMS is an industry-leading casino management system with an increasing number of installations spanning America, Canada, Australia as well as other international regions. KCMS is best known for its advanced capabilities, such as its real-time TCP/IP-based technology, multi-channel in-machine streaming video, powerful rules-based Bonusing engine, true multigame, multi-denomination analytics at both the device and patron level, and documented high availability. These features all combine to allow operators to effectively manage and analyze their gaming operations, implement innovative marketing campaigns, and drive their business forward.
Steve Sutherland, Chief Operating Officer for Konami Gaming, Inc., added: “We are excited to have been chosen as the casino management system partner for Chicagoland’s newest casino. Not only has the Rivers Casino selected KCMS, but they will also open with over 120 new KONAMI slot machines, including a selection of our latest Podium, Advantage 5 and Advantage Revolution games.”
