Simplicit-e to service and support all existing JCM products

JCM Global names Simplicit-e gaming solutions an approved JCM service center

The agreement was entered into to fulfill JCM’s reputation and commitment to provide world-class service on every continent where its products are used and trusted.

 

“JCM has a global reputation built on providing unsurpassed service to our customers. We are thrilled with this new agreement with Simplicit-e, because it will enable JCM to provide direct support from a local service center,” JCM Director of Customer Service David Kubajak said. “Simplicit-e and Charl have earned the respect of gaming operators throughout the region, and we are confident they will carry the JCM brand forward and further enhance our customer relationships.”

 

Based in Sandton, Johannesburg, Simplicit-e is headed by Managing Director and Owner Charl Geyser, who, with more than 16 years of experience, is well-known throughout the African gaming industry. “We are very excited to be representing JCM as one of our core products,” Geyser said. “We have a very aggressive strategy to improve customer’s expectations and opinions of JCM by further improving customer service and support in a very direct way.”

 

Simplicit-e will service and support all existing JCM products, and will launch JCM’s new and award-winning iVIZION bill validator in the region in the third quarter 2011.
