“I wanted to create a building that is a ‘photo op’ for the town, for Macau. Like Bellagio was with the fountains. I wanted to have something that has that kind of resonance. So it’s a hug, it’s an embrace,” Wynn told the South China Morning Post.
“It’s the first time I’ve used a compound curve, it’s a very complicated structure. It’s the best thing we’ve ever done by order of magnitude,” he added.
Once again, Wynn said he believes the ‘go ahead’ from the government for the new project is “imminent”.
