IGT highlights the results of its seminar held in Mexico

The first day, the meeting gathered 56 guests from groups CIE and Big Bola. While Codere, Caliente and Pringsa were part of the group of 65 assistants that attended the second day.

“The comments of the participants were very positive. They remarked how valuable the information was, they also wanted us to share the information with them in order to implement it in their casinos,” company sources said.

The seminar covered subjects such as the management of brick-and-mortar casinos and the challenges they have to face with regards to online gaming, the advantages and disadvantages of this situation and how to deal with this issue of improving the management strategy of Mexican casinos.

In this context, IGT presented its new products (games and technology), its banking concepts and its offers of online and mobile gaming. The meeting was conducted by Dr. Bo Bernhard J., Director of Gaming Investigation of the International Games of Chance Institute of the Nevada University, and Ryan Griffin, IGT Director of Core Products.

This seminar is part of the effort that IGT Latin America & Caribbean is making to support the development of the gaming industry in Mexico and in other regional countries. “We consider that it will be a very important complement to support any kind of development strategy in the future of our industry,” they concluded.
