Aristocrat wins trial on inequitable conduct
(US).- Aristocrat Technologies announced that the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California has ruled in favor of Aristocrat in relation to a claim of inequitable conduct brought by International Game Technology (IGT).

The claim is part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by Aristocrat against IGT for infringement of Aristocrat’s Hyperlink patents.
The District Court’s recent decision reinforces the validity of Aristocrat’s Hyperlink patents and further strengthens Aristocrat’s ongoing commitment to vigorously protecting and defending its intellectual property.
