GSA polled a wide range of representatives from across the industry, including EGM and peripheral device manufacturers, operators and test labs, and the results show an overwhelming majority of the respondents are planning to support the Gaming Device Standard (GDS) protocol in devices and gain certification of their devices using GDS.
What this says to us and to the world is that GSA is in a strong position to move our mission to the next phases of implementation and certification. We encourage you to take the opportunity to learn more about the state of implementation for the GDS protocol.
