Regarding the company’s participation in fairs he commented: “We kicked off 2011 in a big way at G2E last November. We generated a lot of attention and forward-motion, and we were able to continue that success at FADJA, which was very good for our business. We met with several current clients, and we introduced our products to many new prospective clients.”
“As for an evaluation, FADJA had a terrific atmosphere, and the overall feel and mood from all the people was great. This was my favourite show of the year by far,” he added.
According to Ying, the public had a great response to the Quick Change system. “Both our existing customers and our new prospects were impressed with how easy it is to change the player insert, and they also liked the idea of changing the type of game with such ease. We are working hard now to respond to the many requests for quotes and proposal we got at the show.”
In the coming months, Ying will attend ELA and he wants to meet with clients he have been working with over the past few months. “We will then focus on fulfilling orders to our new customers across Latin America. We are finding there are many casino clients in these areas that are now demanding a high quality product, and we are very happy to help them fulfil their needs and their player demands.”
“We were very happy that we received so many requests for tables and furniture, and we had a tremendous response to our Custom Ceramic gaming chip. The Custom Ceramic gaming chip is priced below US$ 0.64 per chip, and we are able to print a graphic on entire chip face and side edge, making it a high quality chip with a low price, which is perfect for the Latin American marketplace.”
“We were also very happy with the huge amount of compliments we received from customers and potential customers. Again and again we heard how impressed they are with our layout quality, design and prices, and more than one customer told us our hardware looks like “something Apple would design.” We are very excited to return to FADJA next year,” he concluded.
