“The DoJ’s action serves as a wake-up call to poker players across the country that the basic right to play online poker is in serious jeopardy,” said John Pappas, PPA’s Executive Director. “We simply cannot miss this opportunity to protect our rights as American citizens. Now is the time for poker players to speak up in defense of this great game through as many outlets possible.”

Through the special PPA Action Page, members can access a variety of vehicles for immediate outreach including:

- Posting to the DoJ Facebook page

- Emailing President Obama and Congress

- Contacting their Representative and Senator

- Posting to the PPA Facebook page

- Sending a message on PPA’s Twitter

As frustration continues to mount among the millions of Americans who have found themselves not only unable to play the game they enjoy but unable to gain access to their own money that has been frozen by the government as part of this action, the number of compelling testimonials on forums such as, Two Plus Two forum continues to grow.

The PPA will continue to fight for its members, for every American who plays poker, and for the continued freedom to play this great American pastime.
