NEWave promotes Tom Bechtel to COO
NEWave CEO and CTO Bart Lewin said, “Tom has very capably steered NEWave for years, and as we reposition the company and unveil a string of new services, it made sense to elevate him to COO, where he can even further benefit our clients and help bring our new mission to life. We are thrilled that he has accepted the promotion, and have complete confidence that he will play a key role in our new vision.”
Bechtel has more than 17 years of firsthand gaming experience, particularly relating to computer software. Prior to joining NEWave, he was Cage/Credit Manager for Palms Casino Resort and for the Showboat Hotel/Casino, both in Las Vegas. He has also served as Cage Manager for Empress Casino in Joliet, Illinois to name a few.
“I have used my nearly two decades of cage and credit experience, working very closely with our clients, helping them to find the unique solutions they needed for their individual needs,” Bechtel said. “Now as NEWave enters a new era of service and solutions, I am thrilled with the opportunity this new position brings, and equally excited about the course we are charting at NEWave.”
