TCS John Huxley supplied newest Puerto Rico’s casino

Puerto Rico's latest hotel and casino resort opened at the beginning of February. Located 40 kilometers from the capital San Juan, the US$ 22 million Dorado Del Mar Casino represents the second gaming facility at an Embassy Suites Hotel in Puerto Rico.

Featuring 3 square kilometers gaming floor, the casino boasts 260 slot machines along with blackjack, mini baccarat, roulette and poker tables.

The tables were custom designed and produced in the Las Vegas facility. They featured Madagascar matt laminate with a Black matt drink rail and Aluminium kick plate and foot rails. All the table layouts were customised to the casino's design requirements.

Misty Rodda, TCS John Huxley's Business Development Manager for the Caribbean oversaw the project and attended the opening ceremony, commenting, "It was important that the gaming equipment complimented the colourful casino interior, which features the islands tropical landscape with items such as lighting and chairs incorporating tropical flowers.”

“We worked closely with the Dorado Del Mar team to create slick, contemporary designed tables that fit seamlessly into the scheme without detracting from the overall theme. The finished results look spectacular," she concluded.
