The Venetian and the Palazzo launch two new mobile sites

The website will include all the necessary user information such as hours of operationand contact information as well as click-to-call abilities for making dining, suite or entertainment reservations.

In a release, John Celona (News - Alert), Corporate Executive Director of eCommerce of The Venetian and The Palazzo said, “We are excited to provide our guests a unique way to experience the opulence of two of Las Vegas' most luxurious resorts in the palm of their hand. The new mobile sites allow our guests access to instant information by the click of a button.”

By leveraging the mobile websites, users equipped with a range of mobile devices can have a first-hand glance into the luxury amenities of the resorts. As part of a multi-faceted mobile strategy, The Venetian and The Palazzo are also working on mobile texting (SMS) initiatives.

By deploying ongoing touch points, the SMS opt-in group will offer customers with information and promotions accessible anywhere and anytime.

Resort customers will be able to leverage the clean and polished mobile sites to experience full capacity of the website on any internet enabled mobile devices. The sites also offer an easy to use interface for exploring The Venetian and The Palazzo's Grazie rewards programs, suite accommodations, entertainment venues and dining options.

In other news, MicroFirst has been chosen as the provider of cutting-edge graphics, audio, animation and advanced interactive content for the new Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem.

Additionally, MicroFirst is now working with the Las Vegas Sands Corp. marketing team to provide content for both The Venetian Las Vegas and The Palazzo Las Vegas.
