He will be headquartered at Gtech Corporation, a subsidiary of Lottomatica, in Providence, Rhode Island, and will report directly to Lottomatica´s CEO, Marco Sala.
Bodda will be responsible for optimizing all Human Resources processes and overseeing day-to-day HR operations for Gtech. He will also be responsible for Global HR operations within the Group.
“Arrigo brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Lottomatica Group,” said Mr. Sala. “He will develop and execute strategies to ensure the Group continues to attract, develop, and retain a talented and engaged workforce. Working in partnership with our business unit leaders, he will also play an important role in helping to support the Group’s growth plans.”
Prior to joining Lottomatica, Bodda served as Vice President of Human Resources for Closure Systems International (CSI), a worldwide packaging company and as Director for Human Resources for Alcoa Primary Europe, based in Switzerland. Prior to that, he held several HR positions at Rockwell Automation in Milan, Italy; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Brussels, Belgium. Earlier in his career, he worked in Italy at Fiat Group and Unilever.
Bodda holds a Law Degree from the University of Turin and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources from HRCI.
