The second casino company on the list is MGM Resorts International, which was placed at spot No.7 in the category of hotels, casinos and resorts. It was No.5 in 2010.
One spot behind was Las Vegas Sands, standing in spot No. 8 in the in the hotels, casinos and resorts category, up one spot from the previous year.
Harrah’s Entertainment was the only other casino operator in the top 10, grabbing the last spot. The company owns a golf course in Macau.
Overall, Marriott International, followed by Hyatt Hotels and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, led the category of hotels, casinos and resorts.
Once again, Apple, with Google coming in at No. 2, topped Fortune’s “World’s Most Admired Companies” ranking. Berkshire Hathaway was third.
