“KCMS has been extremely reliable since day one, which is essential for a large 24-hour casino like ours. In addition to the 1,600 slot machines we have on offer, we have one of the busiest table games operations in our region. And the latest release of KCMS includes several new table games features that we are very excited about,” said Nick Kontonicolas, Director IT, SugarHouse Casino.

The initial decision to implement KCMS was made, in part, based on its proven success at the 3,000-machine Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. SugarHouse is utilizing Konamis integrated KCMS modules to manage its slot machines and table games, ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO), cashiering, cage, player tracking and loyalty marketing activities.

“We are very pleased to have been selected as a technology partner by SugarHouse Casino. We are confident that the unique multi-game, multi-denomination reporting capabilities of KCMS, to both the device and patron level, its true event-driven slot accounting and monitoring, and powerful player marketing engine will assist the SugarHouse team`s ongoing success,” Steve Sutherland, EVP and COO for Konami added.
