Deputy Valdemar Costa Neto asked to file out of the PL 2944/2004, which established rules on bingo games throughout the country and makes other provisions.

And Arnaldo Faria de Sá requested unarchive the PL 2254/2007, which provides for the Regulation of Amusement and Gaming Electronics and PL 3489/2008, which provides resources to operate bingo in order to raise resources for health.

Please note that the PL 2944/2004 emergency system continues to process approved at the special meeting of the plenary on December 8th of 2010.

In the session on December 14th  was rejected the global umbrella sub-amendment adopted by the Committee on Finance and Taxation with 144 "yes", 212 "No" and five abstentions.

The legal adviser said ABRABIN and ABLE to BNL Magocom that "the requirements of Members Waldemar and Arnaldo were unnecessary, since the bill was not filed, nor could be. A proposed after apparently receiving the three Commissions and Constitutional urgency is not going to go to a file. Only go if it were rejected, "he said.
