Ho hasn’t still yet received a formal proposal from family members to solve the brawl over transfer his 32 percent stake in STDM, held by Lanceford, to family-run firms Action Winner Holdings and Ranillo Investments.
Oldham told Reuters a new court case would be filed today against Ho’s family to recover his assets. The statement and Oldham’s comments came after several media reports saying some family members had reached an agreement on how to divide the assets.
Ho’s daughter Pansy Ho Chiu King said in a press release issued that “neither I nor other members of the second and third families have made any statements or spoken to the media over the last week. We welcome all constructive dialogue between the families to seek to resolve this situation amicably and in the best interests of the families.”
