German AWP operators eagerly await market entry of Apex Gaming

“We have timed our market entry to fit in with the new 4.1 regulations. This puts the market on a level playing field. We were excited about the show beforehand and left the show with a real buzz,” explained Johannes Weissengruber, CEO and founder of Apex Gaming.

The stand visitors greeted the stylish, upright cabinet Pinnacle with two 22” monitors with acclaim. Customers can opt for the new UBA RC banknote recycler in the Pinnacle. “Whereas other manufacturers were investigating the JCM UBA RC at the IMA, we have already integrated it. This is yet more evidence how serious our motto ‘taking gaming to the next level’ means to us”, Weissengruber pointed.

The Pinnacle is the new slant top solution from Apex Gaming. Incorporating two 26” monitors, all the latest technology and utilizing Apex Gaming’s patented cooling system, the response was excellent at the IMA.

The Dual Slim Line, the operator answer where space is a premium, was rounded off the cabinet offer. This predecessor to the Pinnacle series still has many fans and visitors were pleased to see this alternative.

“Operators have limited choice in the German AWP market. Most have to rent or lease their machines. This means that they do not own the machines – with no equity to prove for their machine park. Our philosophy is to provide our customers with all options – rent, lease and purchase. We sell our machines including software. This will be a major advantage to operators,” Weissengruber concluded.
