The Palm Beach Casino, formerly the Casablanca Casino, located in The Westin Resort & Casino, selected Bally’s SDS Windows 11 slot-floor monitoring system; CMP 11 casino accounting, player-tracking, and marketing solutions; and the Bally Power Bonusing suite for the re-opening of the casino following a US$ 1.5 million renovation.
Bally’s SDS Windows provides customers with a competitive and scalable slot management system utilizing a modern scalable architecture. The SDS Windows solution delivers flexibility, easy maintainability, and horizontal and vertical scalability for any size of casino operation.
This agreement further cements Bally’s dominance of the systems market in the Caribbean, where the Company has 82 percent market share in Puerto Rico, more than 83 percent of the Aruba market, and 100 percent of the casinos in the Bahamas and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
“We were thoroughly impressed by the speed in which they were able to help us identify our requirements, create a plan for implementation, and take the entire system, including games and all equipment, live in such a short amount of time,” said Robin Powell, Principal of Las Vegas-based Talisman Group, the casino project consultant for the Palm Beach Casino at The Westin Resort & Casino in Aruba.
“It’s rewarding to partner with a customer like Palm Beach Casino who works with us so proactively to ensure a very timely, thorough, and smooth system installation,” said Sridhar Laveti, Vice President of Client Services for Bally Technologies. “And we are thrilled to add Palm Beach Casino to our customer family in Aruba, where Bally provides the system for 10 of the island’s 12 casinos.”
