How did you see the show? Was it in line with your expectations?
ICE has always been an important event for TCS John Huxley, as it’s the show with the largest audience of international visitors and historically attended by serious buyers. This year’s event lived up to expectations, with many remarking that the first day of the show was one of the busiest anyone could remember.
Which of the novelties introduced by TCS John Huxley in London generated more expectation among visitors or clients?
There was much interest in our new EL illuminated playing surface product for Double Action Roulette and LuminAR. This Electroluminescent technology is not only eye catching and visually stimulating for players, illustrating all winning numbers and sections, its a cold light source that is paper thin allowing it to be installed or retrofitted directly under our KRE8 synthetic table layouts on any traditional Roulette table without any table modification.
There were also back-to-back demonstrations of the Gaming Floor Live system. Customers understood the benefits of being able to close the information loop for the first time, bringing a whole new prospective to managing live Roulette tables. With its easy to use dash board approach, operators could clearly see how risk can be managed and performance greatly improved.
