Have you launched new products in London?
We didn’t have any new products as such, but we have some good additions to our existing chip moulds and inner rings that we showed samples at the booth. Our improved layouts also caught people’s attention.
What stands out from your participation this year? How did the public respond?
The mixture of visitors from almost every European country was surprising, normally there are a few that stand out but it was generally busy everywhere.
How do you evaluate ICE 2011?
It was very good overall, the changes in the show presentation were very positive and it seemed busier than last year.
How do you see the industry for this year? What was the scenario that you could perceive in Earls Court?
Good, it has been tough with the economy but seems people are starting to move on and purchase again.
What are the important markets in Europe for the firm?
It is hard to say, mainly the UK as its our home market but other markets are developing all the time.
What does Latin America represent for your company?
Latin America is a great market for Matsui and is handled by our Matsui America office in Las Vegas.
What are your plans for next year?
To keep focused on our customer service along with supplying great quality products
