Double Action Roulette’s appeal centres on the fact that it’s a variation on the traditional game and does not affect any standard Roulette rules and procedures. In fact, with additional bets, Double Action Roulette is not only quick and easy to learn but a thrilling alternative, delivering two winning numbers from a single spin.
New for 2011, the TCS John Huxley R&D team has further improved Double Action Roulette to now include an illuminated playing surface delivering dazzle and excitement to the table. Players and gaming staff will instantly benefit from seeing all winning numbers and sections of the Double Action game layout clearly highlighted. The system is totally automated and requires no manual data entry.
The Double Action Roulette illuminated playing surface uses an advanced Electroluminescent technology - a cold light source that is paper thin. This allows its captivating lights to be installed or retrofitted directly under our KRE8 synthetic table layouts on any traditional Roulette table without any table modification.
For added impact, a game attract illumination sequence automatically runs until no more bets is signalled by the system. With the improved visibility of winning sections, pit bosses and security staff can also easily monitor game procedures from a distance.
A further enhancement to the Double Action package, also sees the introduction of e-FX fully automated winning number displays. Available in single sided e-FX Solo display or the double sided e-FX Elite display, operators can enthral players with bold winning number information shown in easy to read columns. Winning numbers and detailed winning sections are clearly identified making Double Action Roulette easy and fun to play.
Roger Hawkins, CEO for the Americas comments, “We always knew Double Action Roulette would prove to be popular with players and operators alike, however it is clear that the new additions of the illuminated playing surface plus a strong visual winning number display will now provide a winning package that is hard to resist.”
