Aruze Gaming America announced appointment of Senior VP of Business Development

In his new role, Ziems will oversee all of Aruze Gaming America’s business development efforts in opening and establishing new markets as well as developing strategies to expand the company’s footprint in existing markets.  His background and experience will assist him in also establishing a licensing program within Aruze Gaming which will increase revenue opportunities for the company.

Ziems has significant transactional and management experience from many years as in-house counsel for both Aristocrat Technologies and Progressive Gaming and has experience working in-house for Stations Casinos.  He also served as Vice President of Business Development at Progressive Gaming where his primary responsibility was to identify intellectual property licensing opportunities and to close those transactions with licensees.  He is a business person who enjoys the benefit of extensive legal experience which allows him to understand the company’s needs and to assist with developing the company’s business in new markets.
