Groupe Lucien Barriere announced the redistribution of its capital

At the end of the purchase of this participation by Fimalac & Groupe Lucien Barriere and of the reduction planned of the groupe Lucien Barriere’s capital, The family Desseigne-Barriere, majority shareholder, will hold 60% of the group’s capital and Fimalac, will hold 40%.

The sale is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2011, once the competition authorities’ approval has been obtained.

Groupe Lucien Barriere has chosen Fimalac because the two groups have the same longterm vision of their companies development, a strong family story, with a legacy approach in which the real estate has a leading role as weel as a strong involvement in Culture.
