Austria approves the concession of three new casino licenses
(Austria).- The Austrian Parliament has approved an amendment of the new Gambling Law in Austria, which allows the concession of three new casino licenses in the country, allowing the entry of foreign operators.

With this measure, it is complied the policy established by the Court of Justice of the European Union in its ruling on Engelman case, in which it was dictated that the limitation of concessions of casino licenses, only to national operators, was illegal.
Official dates for the start of the tender process have not been released yet.
