The company, Ten Bosch Cruise Panama SA was established in December 2010. It will purchase cruise ship with the size of 20,000 to 30,000t possibly during this month. The ship will be registered at Panama. The company said that it would not be subject to Japanese law or Chinese law since casino will be operated in the open sea.
HUIS TEN BOSCH is going to establish casino operating company separately from the ship holding. In addition to its own investment in this company, HIS seems to have been sounding certain Japanese and/or non-Japanese companies regarding their investment into this venture.
Economy passenger fare is planned to be less than us$ 120 for one-way and the company is said to aim at 500,000 passengers a year.
