How has this year been for the company, and specifically, with regards to the number of visitors and the level of games, how has the performance been in 2010?
2010 has consolidated as a great year for Winner Group, despite the global economic crisis and the local ups-and-downs. It is reflected in the growth, both in incomes and in the number of visitors, which reached the 7.5%. This behaviour, together with the acquisition process of Unidelca last May, has enabled to consolidate the company, offering more coverage in Colombia within 26 cities with 67 casinos. After eight months, we have optimized the processes with the union of the best practices of both companies. It will allow us to start the ISO 9001 certification process next year for the new 47 operational centers.

Besides, Winner Group has strenghened its position in the market, establishing its policy of offering complete entertainment centers, which now reach the different social position of the Colombian population, increasing the number of visitors and the frequency of visits thanks to the “Winner Club” customer loyalty program that operates in 13 casinos at a national level.

Have you performed expansions or remodellations in your gambling venues?
2010 has been a year focused in the acquisition process of 47 new operational centers, seven traditional casinos and 40 gambling venues, enabling to reinforce our position and leadership in Colombia.

Have you renewed or expanded your slot collection? If so, which was the investment required? Who are your main providers of slot machines, systems and products for live games?
Winner Group works with a policy of permanent renewal of its slot machine collection, through which we refurbish a 15% every year. Our main slots providers are IGT, Unidesa, Konami, Novomatic y Atronic. The most important providers for live games are Cammegh, Shuffle Master and GPI.

What projects have you planned for 2011?
In 2011, new acquisition projects will be explored.
