What are your expectations and objectives for G2E Las Vegas?
Once again this year, we are very eager to participate in the Global Gaming Expo and believe that this year is going to be a very successful show for everyone. The Global Gaming Expo is always part of everyone's itinerary which is why we have a lot of expectancies for this years show. We have some new products to show this year are we are looking forward to meet our existing clients and also build new relationships in the industry.

Will you launch new products? Which are their main characteristics?
Nanoptix is proud to launch the High Speed Video Lottery (HSVL) Printer “The Transformer” at G2E 2010.  The HSVL "The Transformer" has a special design that will allow ultimate flexibility with the option to be mounted in many different ways within the cabinet. It also has a patent pending anti-pull bezel for increasing security and reliability. Nanoptix is a company that has engineered their printers to have superior technology, outstanding ticket processing and unbelievable print speed. With the best print head life in the industry, Nanoptix HSVL Transformer is one of the most reliable printers and is designed to handle a high printing demand without breaking down.

In your opinion, what will be this edition’s main challenge?
The economic challenges of the past years has forced all parties in the industry to become more competitive and deliver valuable products and services. I think the industry has met this challenge up to now and, for the moment, everyone needs to focus on finding a balance between value and cost while establishing appropriate standards that will favor sustainable growth.

Which trends do you expect to see this year at the show?
I believe that a lot of companies have invested in expanding towards emerging markets like Asia and Latin America therefore I think there will be a trend with companies offering new products that offer valuable products and cost cutting solutions for both operators and manufacturers.

Do you plan to assist to any of the conferences? If so, which one and why?
“Then, Now and Next: The Global Impact of Las Vegas on Casino Design”. I think this seems to be an interesting conference and since I'm younger, it would be good for me to better understand the development of Vegas and its influence on the gaming industry.
