Besides, the Deputy Minister of Tax Policies, Susana Ríos, explained that the project aims to regulate with prohibitions the gaming activity that must be developed with full transparency, because computing specialists could commit frauds with slots in order to receive economic benefits, by cheating people.
“Many of the companies that are authorized work through slot machines, and these operate based on computing systems that can be changed, and when one knows the operation of a computing system, one can make modifications to this system”, said Ríos.
Sánchez explained that the first title of the bill delimits the sphere of application of the norm, excluding from regulation those recreational games that have a traditional or familiar background, as well as draws, raffles or other games performed in fairs or non-profit exhibitions or public activities.
