DEQ System appointed new Vice President of Customer Service

(Canada).- DEQ Systems announced the nomination of David Pokorny as Vice President of Customer Service. He will be based in Las Vegas and will be responsible for DEQ product deployment and customer satisfaction worldwide.

Pokorny has extensive experience in technology and the gaming industry. He has held numerous key positions in the gaming industry including table game progressive Product Manager for Shuffle Master, progressive systems Senior Project Manager for WMS Gaming and held a similar position with Bally Technologies. He also served as a project manager in the systems division of Aristocrat Gaming.

Pokorny has a MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as well as bachelor’s degrees in computer science and business administration. He is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
