In a dedicated exhibition area within G2E, F&B and entertainment executives can examine new products, preview premier entertainment and network with more than 110 exhibitors from non-gaming sectors. G2E 2010 will be held November 16-18 at the Las Vegas Convention Center and is the gaming industry's premier international trade show and conference event.

"First-rate entertainment and fine dining are now an essential part of a successful business plan for casinos. Non-gaming revenue on the Las Vegas Strip in fiscal year 2008 accounted for more than 60 % of total revenue compared to just more than 40 % 15 years earlier," said Frank J. Fahrenkopf, Jr., president and CEO of the American Gaming Association. "Combining the hottest trends in F&B and entertainment with top-notch casino floor innovations, G2E provides gaming professionals with a comprehensive, one-stop shop for all of the contacts and products they need to compete."

Attendees can see and sample high-quality food and beverages in F&B at G2E located in the North Hall. Highlights of this area include the Ultra Lounge Uniform Fashion Show, sponsored by Cintas, which features the sexiest uniforms from leading casino ultra lounges and nightclubs. The Fine Wines & Cocktails Ultra Lounge, sponsored by Southern Wine & Spirits, will highlight choice beverage offerings from a number of world-class vendors and vineyards. New to F&B at G2E North Hall this year is the F&B Coffee House, sponsored by Intazza, which will feature freshly brewed gourmet coffees.

One of this year's largest F&B at G2E exhibitors is Sysco Corporation, who returns for the second year with an expanded presence on the show floor featuring 15 vendors. Sysco is the global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products to restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities, lodging establishments and a variety of other customers. Its family of products also includes equipment and supplies for the foodservice and hospitality industries.

In the Entertainment Arena at G2E, also located in the North Hall, industry professionals can experience the latest technologies, products and services that bring to life the leading performances and events now associated with the international gaming industry.

The Entertainment Arena at G2E will feature professional audio and lighting, staging, and projection/video products as well as entertainment agents, concert and sports promoters, independent producers, production companies, touring artists and attractions.

Gaming executives interested in securing new acts for their casino properties can observe a wide array of talented musical, comedy and entertainment artists performing live in the G2E Entertainment Arena. The G2E Entertainment Showcase Stage in the Main Lobby will feature musicians and comedians, while the G2E Variety Entertainment Showcase Stage in the North Hall will feature jugglers, musicians and other unique variety acts.

G2E 2010 attendees can gain exclusive insights into the changing world of F&B and non-gaming amenities through the Retail, Dining and Entertainment (R, D & E) conference track. This year, the track focuses on the challenges and opportunities associated with this critical segment of the gaming industry. Expert speakers include restaurant managers, entertainment directors, show producers and marketing executives. Gaming industry professionals can learn from R, D & E sessions such as "F&B Marketing: Using Food to Drive Casino Traffic," "Stars Shine: Celebrity and Special Event Marketing," and "Small Market, Big Impact: Concert Entertainment for Tribal and Regional Casinos."
