Which is the balance you can make of SAGSE Buenos Aires?
SAGSE 2010 left a very positive balance for us. Being our first participation in the Argentinian show, we complied with the expectations of our providers, customers and, in general, of all the visitors to the event, yo whom we presented ourselves as a provider of novelty solutions for the companies of the gaming industry, not only in the Southern Cone but also in the whole Latin America. It was very satisfactory for us to exhibit high-quality brands and products such as TransAct, Kortek, 3M, Orion Art, Gamesman, Slot Tickets, Setec, Kic Team, Acrosser and Hanco Gaming, among others, many of which are new for the Argentine market and which had great acceptance and interest. Besides, we presented to the industry our new representative for Argentina, Javier Manceñido (former manager of Communication and Marketing of BCM), and we had a very important progress with our participation in the 2010 edition.

How do you evaluate the quality of visitors of the event?
Being a gaming event, visitors assist with a lot of expectations. They search for novelties, integral solutions and products that offer warranty, quality, support and tradition. This is a specific market and, generally, the show organizers have a very wide knowledge of the market. I think It was favourable for Hanco, because we could comply such expectations and were a la altura de los visitantes and their needs.

Which was the feedback obtained by your current and potential customers?
There was a satisfactory response to our participation in SAGSE. For people that had already known Hanco, it was not a sourprise to see us in Argentina, because this year we were present in the most important Latin American shows, such as ELA in Mexico or FADJA in Colombia. People that knew Hanco here found in us a great option in spare parts, accessories and components for the gaming industry. For example, Sielcon exhibited in its machines our TransAct pinters for the TITO system. We establsihed very important contacts at a local level as well as in Latin America, and our providers confirmed once more why Argentina is a potential place for the industry.

In which way should SAGSE evolve facing 2011?
In general lines, the event is very well organized. Being the most important gaming show in the Southern Cone, it has a great importance in the whole continent and even in other continents. We see that, for each edition, the show grows much more and is at the level of the most important events worldwide. I see that SAGSE is evolving quickly according to the new changes in the industry. In the 2011 event, we will bring many surprises.
