Which has been your experience at recent SAGSE Buenos Aires?
JCM has had a great response from customers and contacts at SAGSE. Their reaction to the presentation of JCM new product, the iVIZION has been very positive, not only setting up deals for the near future, but also having some concrete sales.
How do you evaluate the quality of visitors to the event?
The quality of SAGSE visitors, has improved over the last few years. We see more people from the industry wanting to see new products, new technologies, and ready to negotiate, and we see less people that just go for the souvenirs’.
Which was the feedback obtained by your current and potential customers?
The feedback we had from customers and potential customers was very positive. We see a great interest from casino operators to analyze new technologies, thinking not only on the near future, but thinking years ahead. The iVIZION is precisely what it offers, features and technologies that could be use immediately, with the addition of others that will be use 4-6 years from now. We believe that whoever saw our unit is taking note of those things
How should SAGSE evolve facing 2011?
The change of dates for next year, no doubt, is another positive sign, since many companies will be able to show new products with only a couple of months delay, products that are shown for the first time at the Las Vegas show. With respect to other things, we think SAGSE is on the right path, improving the quality of exhibitors and visitors. That is something that takes time, and it is happening.
