How have you seen the 2010 edition of SAGSE?
It is the second main Latin American event. We always meet here our principal customers from Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela and Central America. In general, these are the markets we manage in this show. This year has been very good; many visitors assisted and both new and current customers have received us very well.
How is the company positioned in Latin America?
From ISMS we always target a global distribution. That’s why we assist to the main events held in Las Vegas, London, Argentina and New Zealand. We propose to comprise the most important markets through the nine offices we have in five continents. We do not leave anything to chance.
South America is a very important part of our business. Custoemrs always support us because we offer the best relation quality-price. We have three big stores where we check and improve machines. This way, every customer has the guarantee that he will receive the best.
Which is the regional market with more potential for ISMS?
Everyone is important. We would love Brazil to open to gaming. That would be great. But each place is different and important itself. The main thing for us is to handle 100% South America, Central and North America.
Do you count with local distributors?
No, we manage everything. We do not have any distributor. This is part of the strategy of the company. We do not lend our name to anyone. This way, we guarantee we are a solid company and they will not have any inconvenience with us.
