The first ARJEL approved licensee to launch on the dedicated French Poker Network is La Société Française de Jeux sur Internet (SFJI) and their brand, 200% Poker. The agreement with SFJI enables them to join the combined liquidity Poker Network.
The PNL and 888 joint venture provides a shared pool of player liquidity on a single platform and is available to licensees of PNL, 888’s B2B arm Dragonfish, its Operators, and 888’s own B2C poker customers. The network has a further three ARJEL approved Operators which will launch imminently.
SFJI was formed by a grouping of 40 French independent land-based casinos to launch an online poker offering, 200% Poker. The new Poker Room officially launched yesterday at an invitation only launch event and press conference in Paris, and was attended by leading eGaming industry professionals, regulators, shareholders and media.
Loraine Schoevers, Director of Prima Networks Limited, said: “We are delighted to announce the launch of the French poker network in this newly regulated market, and welcome the first Operator SFJI and their brand 200% Poker, which will no doubt have a successful future.
“We have proven that forming the right relationships in key markets is crucial, and we are fortunate to have the right team behind us to ensure we are able to provide exceptional service to Operators. With dedicated account management, technical support and continuous software development, we ensure Operators always stay ahead of the competition, offering their players the best gaming experience.”
Luc Le Borgne, Directeur General of Vikings-Casinos of SFJI, said: “We see huge potential in the online gaming sector with our new brand offering, 200% Poker, which launches today on France’s leading Online Poker Network. We believe we have an innovative offering to the French market, and look forward to our players experiencing the new online offering.”
