Playtech launches Intercash payment service for online casino players

The new facility was launched earlier this month and will be in operation in 18 Playtech casinos in addition to a total of 29 million ATMs and POS machines. The system has been praised as it now allows operators to make additional savings as they no longer have to encounter bank transfer fees and additional cheque payments. Furthermore, web reporting and management systems are in place to allow online operators to monitor results in real time.

Commenting on the launch, Intercash’s Patrick Seguev said that the company was “very proud to be launching this new payment method on the Playtech software through Fastengine, Playtech’s biggest group of sites.”

 He added that the partnership represents a “significant step” forward and will keep “operators, players and payment solutions safe and efficient”. Gaming companies can not only look forward to reducing costs in terms of cheque payouts and bank transfer but they will also boost “customer satisfaction, comfort and loyalty”.
