“Next year, we will present ourselves directly as a congress with an exhibition area”

“We have a balance according to our expectations –affirmed Aguirre- and of the expectations of the casino managers that came here to receive training. Everyone has shown its satisfaction with the result of this course, and the authorities of the University of Nevada have also shown their conformity with this first event, adressed to create an entertainment point in the Caribbean, for operators that manage gambling halls in the whole region”.

“This initiative, that comes from the University of Nevada, achieved to gather important regional operators; and according to this, we can say that the balance has been positive for a first edition, with a good final result”, added Aguirre, who also assured that next year they will search to “capitalize this new experience, and increment the number of assistants that take this training course”.

“As organizers, just a few manufacturers showed their commitment to bet for Aruba Gaming Expo this year”, acknowledged the head of 3A Producciones. The exhibition space was finally integrated to the Conference Hall, playing down importance to the little commercial trade show that has been developed in paralell to the course.

“We had more expectations with regards to the corporate show, but there were two problems that, in our opinion, hindered the arrival of more exhibitors. The first one was due to the change of dates we announced a month ago, so we have not achieved to have an important convocation in this event,” he commented. Then he added: “Previous experiences in a trade event format were also understood as an alert, negative factor. And besides, there is the situation of the fiscal year, that prevented us to have the number of companies we would have liked to have.”

“Fortunately –assures Aguirre-, we have reached a consensus between manufacturers and operators, in order to maintain this format and boost it year after year, and the companies that have visited us showed us their interest for having more presence in the Caribbean, so we with next year they accompany us with their own business spaces in the event”.

“This format of a Congress with Business Round has been favourable in the past for companies of the sector, which have achieved to take contact with operators from the whole region, and we are also announcing that next year we will organize the event again, now under the name “Aruba Gaming Congress”, bringing a support in the training area,” said the organizer of other events of the sector, sector, such as  FADJA and CIJUEGOS Peru.

“Once we count with those results, we will call companies to join us in the area of the commercial show, with little spaces that will let us consolidate even more this new diagram of events that we want to impose, as part of 3A Producciones”, concluded Aguirre.
