Advantages of online gaming regulation, one of the key sessions of EY! 2010

Online gaming is a market with a great worldwide growth that already has different operating options in Latin America. However, it is also very questioned for its scope and that does not have a definite regulation in many of the most representative regional markets. With this scenario, this year, in traditional Encuentro Yogonet, a group of specialists will debate on why should it be regulated and which are the benefits it generates when it is ruled by a legislation that brings a framework to the operator and tax benefits to the state.

Silvio Vivas (General Manager IAFAS Entre Ríos), José Luis Tolosa (President Giocomovile / Azar Móvil), Ulises Martorell (General Manager Pálpitos Deportivos), Dr. Jorge García Martinez (Lawyer Advisor of Caja Popular) and Dr. Martín Lapadú (Member of South East Fiscal Unit - District Attorney's Office - City of Buenos Aires) will be the specialists that will talk about their experiences and knowledges. The talk will be regulated by Estela Varsavsky, Director of Consulting firm 137Bet and with a wide knowledge on the issue.

Besides, they will also talk about several cases in Argentina, such as Palpitos Deportivos (Province of Tucuman) and Giocomovile (Province of Entre Ríos), and will also debate on Contraventional Norms that regulate illegal gaming in the City of Buenos Aires.
